The Fireside Chat is a business networking event organised by the Ministry Group. An exclusive circle of decision-makers meets in a special atmosphere in Hamburg city centre for a fireside chat - with snacks and good drinks. Selected speakers will each shed light on different facets of a transformation topic - first in an individual presentation, then in a panel discussion together with the audience. Finally, there will be an opportunity for dialogue among the participants. Places are limited, participation only after registration.

Arne has been working as a project manager and executive in the waste disposal and recycling industry for many years. Over the past two years, he has been driving digital and cultural transformation processes in his role as change manager at the medium-sized Hamburg-based company. With his background, Arne brings extensive knowledge of the small and large hurdles for change processes that a company has to overcome in practice.
